Annual membership subs are $40 a year. This sub is payable in November in each year. Payments made later than November remain at $40 and cover the remainder of the period up to the next November.

- Bookings for events close on the Wednesday prior to the Friday of the event, or when maximum numbers have been reached.
- Payment for each event must be made before the Wednesday prior to the Friday of the event. In the event of non payment, an account may be settled on entry to the event.
- Where a member fails to show at an event and no apology has been received by the Wednesday prior to the event, there will be no refund made. Where no payment has been received the absent member will still make a full payment for the event, to cover costs otherwise born by all the other members.
