The Club was established by a few enthusiasts in 2005. Gradually and harmoniously the management of the club has evolved into a well run club.

Early in the development of the club, a few ad hoc rules were established and to date there has been no obvious reasons to modify them.

At standard tastings, a winery presents their wines.  Most pours are accompanied by a small food match, generally provided by Le Cafe.  Wines are offered for sale on the night, often at discounted prices.
